Troy Jenkins, the Principal Consultant of Jenkins Environmental Consulting, LLC, is a council-certified Indoor Environmental Consultant, a Texas Department of State licensed Individual Asbestos Consultant and a TDLR licensed Mold Assessment, Consultant. Mr. Jenkins is responsible for overall project management, job execution, and quality control. He is also responsible for directing staff and resources to complete environmental projects on time and on budget. Mr. Jenkins has over 27 years of experience directly related to the services performed by JEC.

Bill Bishop, joined the team in 2009 and is the General Manager of Jenkins Environmental Consulting, LLC, is a licensed Individual Asbestos Consultant. Mr. Bishop manages the resources at JEC and is responsible for building assessment and abatement projects. His duties include writing bid documents and project specifications, coordination and scheduling abatement projects, client relations and preparation of final reports. Mr. Bishop has over 30 years of experience directly related to the services performed by JEC.

Denice Williams rejoined the JEC team in 2022 and has over thirty years of experience in the field of environmental consulting, performing sampling and risk assessments for hazardous constituents in indoor and outdoor environments, and managing all phases of hazardous materials remediation projects. Denice is the leading expert at JEC for residential IAQ and Mold concerns.

Lead Risk Assessor
Rachel Williams joined the JEC team in 2019 as the office manager and is a licensed Lead Risk Assessor, Asbestos Inspector, Asbestos Project Manager, Asbestos Air Monitor Technician. She has 8 years of experience as a successful technical writer and administrator prior to joining JEC and manages the day-to-day operation of the Administrative and Financial areas of JEC.

Project Manager
Lee Thompson joined the JEC team in 2018 and is a licensed Asbestos Project Manager, Asbestos Air Monitor Technician and Mold Assessment Consultant. Mr. Thompson is responsible for asbestos assessments and abatement projects, which include monitoring abatement projects, collecting and analyzing samples, and final report preparation.
